Designing and selection of equipment
Organization or reorganization of any production facility should be considered as a solution of several problems (phases), each of them is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!At this stage our company will assist in developing a correct and accurate technical assignment to design proper equipment and choose a supplier.
Finishing equipment is non-standard and needs individual solution in every case.
Supply and installation of equipment
This phase is understood as the whole sequence of activities before start-up, which consists of:
- preparation of installation room (generally done by the customer)
- delivery of components to the installation site , customs clearance, placing of orders for auxiliary works, conclusion of contracts with subcontractors
- Installation, assembly and connection
- Certification and authorization, if required
Commissioning and staff training
Commissioning is executed after completion of installation works.Commissioning is a final phase when testing of each unit and setting of parameters take place simultaneously with training of the staff to maintain the equipment later on. In order to provide profound knowledge of the subject NPK PK holds seminars for customer's operating staff.
Maintenance service
NPK PK carries out obligations on maintenance service within the warranty period. Later on we are ready to provide maintenance service of all units, including scheduled repairs, delivery of spare parts, components and consumables. We also consult our customers and visit factories.
Fault detection of existing equipment
This service is relevant if you have equipment in use, which does not satisfy needs of your production in some characteristics- poor efficiency, low quality of the coating, moral and material depreciation of equipment. In this case, our engineers will evaluate its condition, make up an act and, if possible, suggest options for upgrading or repair of your equipment in use.
