Masking heat-proof products
Masking products are used to protect parts of workpieces which are not supposed for liquid or powder coating , also to protect surface during electroplating processes.
We can produce tapes of different wideness and discs of various diameters.
Taps and caps are meant for multiple use. We supply products of other geometries and sizes as well as heat-proof hoses and cords.
If there are some workpiece surfaces with complicated geometrical shape not to be coated it is possible to produce a masking product according to customer's sketch.
Adhesive Vinyl Tape (80 C)
Special masking tapes are made of vinyl and used to protect some surfaces of workpiece not supposed for electroplating such as chroming, anodizing etc. as well as liquid coating.
Blue Poly Tape (204C)
Masking heat-proof blue tapes are used to protect surfaces not supposed for powder coating. This tape is thinner and more elastic than green tape, it can be used for gluing on sophisticated surfaces. Tape thickness is 0.05 mm.
Green Poly Tape (204C)
Masking heat-proof tapes (green) are resistant to corrosion environment and endure temperatures up to 2040 C. Tapes are meant to protect surfaces from powder coating, electrophoresis or anodizing.
Heat-proof discs
Heat-proof discs are resistant to corrosion environment and endure temperature up to 2040
C. Discs are used to shape uncoated round spots on the workpiece or to protect technologic holes.

Heat-proof plugs are used to protect technologic holes or internal threads. Multiple-used plugs are made of silicone with silicic additives and endure temperatures up to 3150 C.
