Electrophoresis is used worldwide for high adhesive coating and finishing. Depending on polarity applied there are:
- cataphoresis
- anophoresis
In combination with multistage surface pretreatment (zinc phosphating, polymer passivation) the coating meets standarts of automobile industry as well as abnormal operating conditions of workpieces under conditions of increased humidity and temperature differentials.
